About this portfolio

Let me give you a little bit of a history on this portfolio. I got into options right before March 2020 and everything started out great. I set up a small portfolio with $5000,-- USD on a new TastyTrade account. I used spreads and condors and in the beginning everything worked great. Then the covid situation hit and even worse, I stumbled over wallstreetbets.

This is when I got introduced to YOLOs and they more and more intrigued me until I bought a couple of FDs to YOLO my newly created portfolio on SPY PUTs. One month later, my portfolio value had gone from over $5500,-- to meagre $250,--. Thank you FDs.

Since I hate giving up on learning new things I took $2000,-- from my savings account and wired it to my TastyTrade portfolio, promising myself that the times of YOLOs are over for me and I would start with a more sensible approach.

Since then I am working hard to claw my way back to profitability and to grow the account without wiring new funds.
